  • We will liaise with your lender to ensure readiness for settlement.

  • We will prepare the transfer and serve requisitions on the title to the vendor's solicitor.

  • We will prepare and lodge the transfer duty (stamp duty).

  • We will coordinate settlement and provide you with comprehensive breakdowns and cheque directions.
